postreality collects the minimum data needed to run the studio. Nothing is sold.
Every byte we keep has a purpose, and that purpose is named below.
What we collect
Analytics
We run a privacy-first analytics provider (Umami, GoatCounter, or Plausible, one of the three; see Footer for the live attribution if active). No cookies. No cross-site tracking. No personal identifiers. We see aggregate page views, referrers, country (not city), browser, and OS. We do not retain data beyond the provider's standard retention window.
Intake agent conversations
When you talk to the intake agent, the conversation is sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. We log the conversation on our side so we can follow up. We hash your IP address (sha-256) and your user-agent before storage. Raw IP and raw user-agent are never written to disk. We do not ask for an email until you choose to share one.
Lead capture
When the intake agent recommends a tier, the brief it generates is stored in our CRM (Notion). Same ip_hash treatment. At the end of the conversation, you can optionally share your name and email so Tyler can reply. If you do, those are stored on the same Notion record, used only to respond to you, and never sold. To delete your record, email hello@postreality.ca and it's gone.
Booking
If you book a discovery call via Cal.com, Cal.com stores your name, email, and the call notes you provide. After the call, that record flows into our CRM. Cal.com sets a first-party cookie for the booking flow. That cookie is necessary for the booking widget to work.
If you email hello@postreality.ca, the email sits in the inbox until we reply or archive it. Standard email retention. Nothing fancy.
What we don't collect
- We do not use cookies for tracking. The only first-party cookies on this site come from Cal.com during the booking flow.
- We do not share data with advertisers.
- We do not retain raw IP addresses or raw user-agents.
- We do not run third-party trackers, retargeting pixels, or session-replay tools.
Your rights
postreality is operated in Canada. PIPEDA applies. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your record. We respond within 30 days.
