postreality

postreality is a small consultancy studio working at the intersection of immersive content, agentic AI, and performance-based research. We build it, we measure it, we ship it. We partner with educators, health innovators, enterprise teams, and cultural producers on engagements that have to prove out in the real world.

Studio model

A small team, a swarm of agents, a partner network.

The studio runs as a small operating team backed by a swarm of agents and a network of specialist partners. We size each engagement to ship like a thirty-person agency without carrying the agency overhead. When a project needs hardware, broadcast infrastructure, or a particular research collaborator, that capacity comes from the partner network listed below, not from a stranger we found last week.

Every engagement runs the Triple Helix: immersive craft, agentic pipeline, and performance research, in one project plan. Single-strand competitors are common. Three-strand is the moat. We talk about this in detail on the services page.

Our service ladder is four tiers plus an adjacent one. Atlas proves the immersive ROI in four to six weeks. Summit ships a production immersive product with measurement attached. Constellation builds the permanent agentic pipeline. Spectacle sits alongside the lattice for cultural-scale installations where the moment is the deliverable.

We're a real operating business, not a freelancer in a trench coat. Most projects involve at least one partner. Some involve three.

I'm Tyler. I started postreality after twenty-plus years bridging emerging technology with human-centred design. I work as Innovation Consultant and Design Behaviourist. The studio exists because the work I care about (immersive things that change behaviour, instrumented honestly) doesn't fit cleanly inside any single industry shop.

I'm a published co-inventor on WIPO patent WO/2026/060516 (an immersive education platform owned by my former employer; no current commercial relationship).
I architected Crash Course's production pipeline (16M+ subscribers).
